Each collectible ordered through Limoges Direct will be charged a shipping and service charge. With standard shipping and service, you should receive your collectible within six business days according to availability, unless otherwise stated on the specific item detail page. Other shipping methods may be available at an extra charge. Shipping and service charges include apportioned shipping, order processing, returns processing, credit services, customer service and other costs related to serving you at your home. We do not pay for duties for international orders. Please contract your local post office to find out what your country duties will be. The Limoges Direct stands behind every product it sells. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from the Perfect Limoges website, you must contact the perfect limoges within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to award you a full refund for your piece or work out any problems at that time. We are also happy to accept any limoges box exchanges for up to a 30 day period. If you decide that you would like to return the piece after 48 hours and up to 30 days, there is a 15% restocking fee.
