Baby Boy and Baby Girl Limoges Boxes
Limoges boxes for a baby boy or baby girl mark the day the family grew. Storks arrive in blue and in pink, baby bottles announce It's a Boy or It's a Girl, and sleeping babies rest in little painted beds. For a son, there is a blue stork, a blue baby bottle, an oval It's a Boy box with tiny shoes, and a sleeping baby boy. A baby lying in a blue bed fits a crib shelf, and twin boys share a bed for the family that got a double surprise. Fathers, uncles and grandfathers who have no idea what to buy for a newborn will find an easy answer here.
For a daughter, the pink side holds a stork, a pram, a high chair, a bed with a pacifier and a baby bottle. There is a Baby's First Christmas present, a doll on a pillow and girls holding red or yellow balloons. Twin girls and a boy and girl pair cover every combination, and a Baby's First Curl box keeps that first snip of hair. Each is porcelain, shaped and painted by hand in Limoges, France, and made to outlast the nursery. Engrave the date in your mind and give one at the christening or the first birthday.
