Milestone and Special Occasion Limoges Boxes
Special occasion Limoges boxes cover the days that do not fit neatly on a holiday calendar. A champagne bottle in a tuxedo handles the promotion, a cottage handles the new house, and Rochard rounds say thank you, with love, or to my sister. A lucky shamrock, a friendship oval and a cherub for breast cancer awareness each carry a message of their own.
A Toast Fired in Porcelain
Each piece is made from Limoges porcelain in France and painted by hand, the lettering included, which takes a steady wrist. Hinged lids close on small metal clasps. Many of these boxes keep a little surprise tucked inside, so the person opening it gets a second small moment after the first.
Words You Meant to Say Out Loud
A Rochard thank you box is a handsome way to repay a favor between colleagues, and the tuxedo champagne suits the best man's thank you. The grandmother keepsake belongs on her dresser, and the cottage fits a first closing day. Set the box beside a card, then let it move to a curio shelf where it can keep reminding them.
