Welcome to LimogesBox.com, where we guarantee the safe delivery and satisfaction of every exquisite porcelain piece we sell. Our goal is to ensure that you have a seamless shopping experience, but if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
If you find that the piece you have received does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly offer you a full exchange or refund for your selection, or work with you to address any concerns you may have. Additionally, we are happy to accept exchanges for a limited period of time.
For returns requested after the initial 48-hour window, and up to 30 days, a standard restocking fee of 15% will apply. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Return and Damage Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority at LimogesBox.com. We take great care in packaging and shipping each Limoges box, ensuring its pristine condition upon arrival. However, in the unlikely event that there is a discrepancy or damage, we will do everything possible to rectify the situation.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately. They will arrange a time to inspect the item at your location, and subsequently, you can initiate a claim with them. To expedite the process, please retain all original packaging. Rest assured, this occurrence is rare, with only 1.5% of our shipments suffering damage.
If you used UPS for shipping, call 1-800-742-5877 to schedule a pick-up of the damaged Limoges box in its original packaging. UPS will provide you with a claim number and date of pick-up. Once we receive the claim form you initiated, we will promptly issue a full refund or provide a replacement for your damaged piece. Yes, we also offer the option to replace the item.
If you used USPS, please file a claim with your local post office within 48 hours. Bring the Limoges box, along with a copy of your purchase order form, in its original packaging, and complete the USPS claim form.
For returns in perfect condition, we offer a 48-hour refund policy (minus shipping costs). If you are not satisfied with your piece, please reach out to us via email or phone within 24 hours. After this point, a restocking fee of 15% will apply, or an even exchange can be arranged. Please note that after 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
