Cat Perched on a Rooftop Chimney Limoges Box
A cat has climbed all the way to the top of a chimney and settled in to watch over the neighborhood like a small, furry king. It is a hand-painted porcelain Limoges box with the cat and chimney painted by hand in Limoges, France.
View From the Rooftop
Independent cats love a high perch, and none is higher than the chimney top. This scene recalls the rooftops of Paris, where cats have prowled among chimney pots for centuries, keeping an eye on everything below.

King of the Neighborhood
It makes a fun present for a cat owner whose pet always finds the highest spot in the house, a chimney sweep, or a friend who loves Paris rooftops. Set it on a high shelf, a mantel above a real fireplace, or a windowsill with a view.
A confident cat with the best view in town, and not the slightest intention of coming down for dinner.
