Joyeux Noel Christmas Limoges Box with Blue Ribbon
Joyeux Noel, French for Merry Christmas, is painted on this square porcelain box, tied up with a painted blue ribbon like a present waiting under the tree. Painted by hand in Limoges, France, this Limoges box brings a French greeting to the holiday season.
Season's Greetings in French
Christmas greetings feel a little more festive in French, and Joyeux Noel has a lovely ring to it. Paired with a square shape and a blue ribbon, the message becomes a little wrapped package, ready for the mantel instead of the gift pile.
A Wintry Blue Christmas
Red and green dominate most holiday decor, so a blue ribbon stands out and brings a wintry, snow-lit calm. It fits beautifully with silver and white decorations, and it bridges the season from Advent through New Year.

Under the Tree and Beyond
It is a cheerful present for a hostess, a teacher or a Francophile friend during the holidays, and it travels easily in a stocking. Bring it out each December and set it on the mantel or a side table among candles and greenery.
