Artoria Santa with a Bag of Toys Limoges Box

With his bag of toys at the ready, Santa is set to fill every stocking in the house. This retired Artoria design was hand-painted on porcelain in Limoges, France, as a Limoges box.

A Sack Full of Surprises

The toy bag is as much a part of Santa as his beard, and this piece shows him loaded up and on his way. There is a sense of purpose and good cheer in the scene, as if he has just stepped in from the snow. It is a classic holiday image done in Artoria's friendly style.

Artoria at Christmas

• An Artoria design, retired and painted by hand in Limoges
• Fits Santa, Christmas and toy themed collections
• Pairs with Artoria's igloo and other holiday pieces

Ready for Christmas Morning

Set it by the tree, on the mantel near the stockings or in a holiday curio. It makes a cheerful present for a baby's first Christmas, a grandparent who loves to spoil the family, or a Santa collector who follows Artoria designs. It also suits the relative who always dresses up as Santa for the family party.

Porcelain With a Pedigree

Limoges porcelain is a hard-paste porcelain fired at very high heat. That durable white body is the canvas for every painted detail of Santa and his bag.
