Yellow Rosebud Porcelain Limoges Box

A single yellow rosebud, just on the verge of opening, forms this hand-painted porcelain Limoges box. Made in Limoges, France, it holds all the promise of a garden on the first warm morning of June.

A Bud About to Bloom

Rosebuds have long stood for new beginnings, and yellow roses for friendship and joy. Put the two together and the result is a warm message of good wishes, perfect for marking a fresh start or a friendship that keeps growing year after year.

Sunshine for a Friend

It makes a cheerful present for a best friend, a birthday, a get-well wish or a new job. Texans often choose it as a nod to the famous yellow rose of their state. Set it in a sunny spot on a windowsill, a desk or a bedside table, where the yellow can glow. Rose collectors like to gather buds and blossoms in many colors, and this yellow one brings a bright, happy note to the bouquet.
