Boy Riding a Box Cart Bike Limoges Figurine Box

A young rider sets off on a homemade box cart bike, full of speed and good spirits, in this playful porcelain figurine box. Brightly hand-painted, it was made in Limoges, France.

Pedal Power and Soapbox Dreams

Before video games, a few crates and some old wheels could keep a neighborhood busy all summer. This piece captures that spirit in porcelain, with the boy and his cart shaped as one lively little scene. Lively colors bring the ride to life, and because each one is painted by hand, no two riders look exactly alike.

Racing to the Right Shelf

For the Born Tinkerer

This is the one for the grown-up who still remembers building a cart in the garage and racing it down the steepest hill in town. It makes a warm birthday remembrance for a dad or grandfather, a thank-you for a cycling club organizer, or a nod to someone who never stopped tinkering.

Display it on a desk in a home workshop, on a den shelf beside model cars, or in a curio cabinet with other playful figures. It brings a grin to anyone who spent summer afternoons on wheels.
