New Year's and Champagne Toast Limoges Boxes
New Year's and champagne toast Limoges boxes are for the moment the clock strikes and the cork flies. Bottles chill in silver and gold ice buckets, a cork cracks free, and flutes clink in porcelain that will outlast any vintage. One bottle even wears a tuxedo for the occasion.
The champagne pieces cover every pour. Brut in a pink and red bucket, a green bottle, a gold bottle on ice and a bucket with grapes and glasses all line up. A caviar and champagne tray sets a proper table, a table for two adds yellow roses, and a picnic basket packs a bottle for the afternoon. Each is Hand-Painted porcelain from Limoges, France, with a hinged lid and a little clasp. A run of millennium pieces remembers the biggest countdown in living memory, with a blue Eiffel Tower dated 2000, fireworks over Paris, a planet 2000 globe and a millennium bottle. A Chinese New Year box hides a tiny bill for luck. Raise one at a retirement party, a promotion or a birthday, or keep a bottle on the bar shelf until the next good reason to toast.
