Retired Cat Playing on a Chair Limoges Box Figurine

A frisky cat clambers over a little chair on this playful porcelain piece, caught in the middle of some private game. Painted by hand in Limoges, France, this porcelain box is now a retired design.

Who Owns the Furniture

Every cat owner knows the furniture belongs to the cat, at least in the cat's opinion. This scene captures that confident mischief, with the cat treating the chair as a personal jungle gym while the rest of the household looks on.

A Cat's Kingdom

• A retired design, hand-painted in Limoges, France
• Belongs in a cat, kitten or miniature furniture grouping
• Pairs with other cat pieces and small chair boxes

For Every Cat Household

This is a fun present for a new cat owner, a cat sitter who keeps the neighborhood's pets happy, or a veterinarian who has seen every kind of feline antic. It also brings a smile to anyone who has found claw marks on a favorite armchair.

Set it on a bookshelf, a side table or in a curio cabinet with other cat figures. As a design no longer in production, it is one that cat collectors are often pleased to come across, especially those who enjoy scenes with a bit of personality.
