Corkscrew and Wine Porcelain Limoges Box
A corkscrew sits ready on top of a wine bottle, just seconds from the first pour. This hand-painted porcelain Limoges box, made in Limoges, France, captures that small, happy moment before a good dinner begins.
The Pull Before the Pour
Every wine drinker has a favorite corkscrew and a story about a stubborn cork. The bottle shape and the curled screw are both finished by hand, so the colors and details vary a little from box to box.
Uncorked Company
- Hand-painted porcelain from Limoges, France
- Fits a wine, bar or vineyard collection
- Pairs with wine glass, grape cluster and champagne boxes
Raise a Glass
Set it on a bar cart, inside a wine cellar alcove or on a kitchen shelf near the glasses. It makes a gracious thank-you after a dinner invitation, a toast to a sommelier passing an exam, or an anniversary nod to a couple who met over a bottle of red. Wine club members and vineyard tour guides tend to appreciate it as well.
It is a small salute to good company, good conversation and the bottle that brings people to the table.
