Pink Ribbon Baby Present Limoges Box
A wrapped present tied up with a pink ribbon is the shape of this porcelain baby box, a little package that announces happy news. It is hand-painted in Limoges, France, in soft colors, with the bow sitting right on top.
Wrapped With a Pink Bow
Few shapes say celebration as quickly as a gift-wrapped package, and the pink ribbon turns this one into a welcome for a baby girl. The ribbon and the folds of the wrapping are painted by hand, so every piece has its own small variations.

From Shower to First Birthday
This box makes a lasting present for a baby shower, a christening or a first birthday, and it travels well to a hospital visit when flowers are not allowed. Set it on a high nursery shelf, a dresser top beside a framed newborn photo, or in a curio cabinet with other family keepsakes. Many families keep one piece like this to mark the year a daughter or granddaughter was born, and some add a new one for each girl in the family.
Grandparents especially seem to love it as a way to celebrate a new arrival.
