Sleeping Baby in Basket Porcelain Limoges Box
Fast asleep and tucked snugly into a woven basket, a tiny baby dreams away in this peaceful porcelain scene. The basket forms a hand-painted Limoges box, made by hand in Limoges, France.
Hush, the Baby Is Sleeping
Every new parent knows the relief of the moment the baby finally drifts off. This piece holds that quiet in porcelain. The basket gives it a cozy, sheltering shape, and the soft hand-painted colors keep the whole scene calm. Each one is painted individually, so small differences make every baby unique.
Moses Basket Memories
A baby in a basket is one of the oldest images of a new life being cared for, and it carries a sense of tenderness that suits a nursery perfectly. It also makes a gentle companion for a framed newborn photo or the first footprint card from the hospital.
