Baby Girl with Yellow Balloon Porcelain Limoges Box
A baby girl clutches a sunny yellow balloon, her small figure ready for a happy day out. She is a retired design, a hand-painted porcelain Limoges box from Limoges, France, and a numbered limited edition of 500.
Sunshine on a String
Yellow is the color of cheer, and a balloon in that shade feels like a little piece of sunshine carried along by the hand. This figure captures the simple, joyful moment when a baby first learns the fun of a balloon bobbing overhead.
A Retired Treasure
- A retired design, numbered limited edition of 500
- A bright addition to a baby, balloon or carnival collection
- Pairs with the baby girl with red balloon for a matched set
Birthdays and Baby Days
She makes a sweet present for a first birthday, a baby shower or a christening, and she is a lovely way for grandparents to welcome a new granddaughter. Place her on a nursery shelf, a sunny windowsill or a curio cabinet beside other baby keepsakes.
Because this design has been retired and was made in a numbered run of only 500, she is a welcome find for anyone completing the balloon pair. Side by side with her red balloon companion, she makes a cheerful duo on any shelf.
