Retired Libra Scales Zodiac Limoges Box
Perfectly balanced, the scales of Libra set the theme for this retired zodiac box. The symbol and its trim are hand-painted on porcelain in Limoges, France.
Weighing It All Out
Libra runs from about September 23 to October 22 and is the only sign of the zodiac represented by an object rather than a creature. Its scales stand for fairness, harmony and a love of beautiful things. Each box was painted by hand, so details differ slightly from one to another.

For the Diplomat in Your Life
Libras are known as peacemakers, the ones who see every side of an argument. This box makes a thoughtful present for a late September or October birthday, a lawyer, a judge or a mediator whose job is all about balance. It also suits anyone who reads their horoscope before their morning coffee.
Display it on a desk, a nightstand or a bookshelf, where its theme of balance feels right at home. Collectors who follow the zodiac year often place the scales at the midpoint of their circle of signs, where autumn begins.
