Yellow Book Limoges Box with Flowers

A yellow book covered in painted flowers looks like a cherished volume of garden poems pulled from the shelf. It is a hand-painted porcelain Limoges box made in Limoges, France, with the book itself forming the box.

A Chapter in Bloom

Books and flowers go hand in hand, from pressed petals between pages to poetry about the garden. The sunny yellow cover gives this piece warmth, while the painted blooms make it feel like a book of spring. It is a decorative miniature, so no one will be borrowing it from the library.

Bookshelf Sunshine

Tuck it between real books on a shelf, on a nightstand next to a reading lamp, or on a desk in a home library. It is a sweet thank-you for a teacher or librarian, a birthday present for a book club friend, or a graduation keepsake for an English major. Yellow also stands for friendship, making it a thoughtful pick for a longtime pal.
