Cat on a Vibrant Green Couch Porcelain Limoges Box

A cat has made itself at home on a bright green couch as though it owns the place, which, as every cat owner knows, it does. Shaped and painted by hand in Limoges, France, this Limoges box captures the classic feline attitude of ownership.

King of the Sofa

Couches belong to cats; people are merely allowed to use them. This piece makes the most of that truth, with the vivid green upholstery setting off the cat at its ease. It is a funny, affectionate portrait of everyday life with a pet.

Purrfect Pairings

• Hand-painted porcelain from Limoges, France
• Belongs with cat, pet and miniature furniture boxes
• Looks right with armchair, ball of yarn and fishbowl pieces

For Every Cat Household

Give it to a friend who just adopted a rescue kitten, to someone mourning a beloved old cat, or to a veterinarian at the end of a busy year. It sits naturally on a living room end table, a bookshelf, or the arm of a real sofa where the resident cat can inspect it.

The bright green color makes it easy to spot, and the expression of feline contentment makes it hard to forget.
