Christmas Boot with Kittens Limoges Box

A Christmas boot has been claimed by a litter of kittens, who have settled in where candy canes would usually go. This holiday scene is hand-painted porcelain, made as a Limoges box in Limoges, France.

Nine Lives, One Stocking

Anyone who has hung a stocking with a cat in the house knows how this story goes. The kittens and the boot are modeled together as one piece, so the whole scene opens as a single box with room inside for a tiny note or a holiday charm. It captures that mix of mischief and coziness that makes December with pets so memorable.

Under the Tree With the Cats

• Hand-painted Limoges porcelain from France
• Joins a cat collection or a shelf of Christmas boxes
• Looks right beside Santa, snowman and ornament pieces

Mantel Season Ready

Bring it out with the garland and the nativity in early December, then set it on a side table where visitors can spot the kittens. It makes a warm Secret Santa exchange, a thank-you for a pet sitter, or a stocking surprise for the friend whose holiday card always features the cat. When the decorations come down, it can stay on a curio shelf with the rest of the feline crowd all year.
