Rochard Four Nesting Santa Claus Limoges Boxes
Four Santas, each one tucked inside the next like a set of Russian dolls, make this Rochard piece a holiday surprise in layers. The nesting Limoges boxes were painted by hand in Limoges, France.
Santa Inside Santa
Nesting figures have been a favorite holiday plaything for generations, and Rochard brings the idea to porcelain. Open the largest Santa and another appears, then another, until the smallest one turns up at the center. It is the kind of piece that guests want to take apart the moment they spot it.
Unwrapping the Layers

Christmas Morning Reveal
Line the four Santas up in a row on the mantel, from tallest to smallest, or keep them nested on a side table and let visitors find the surprise. The set makes a wonderful present for a family that collects Santa figures, a grandparent hosting Christmas Eve, or someone with a fondness for matryoshka dolls. It can also become a tradition of its own, opened together on the first day the decorations come out each year.
