Teddy Bear Toy Chest Porcelain Limoges Box
A green toy chest with a teddy bear makes a sweet nursery scene on this porcelain box, the kind of chest that once held every favorite plaything. Hand-painted in Limoges, France, this Limoges box fits a new baby's room or a Christmas morning.
Treasures of the Playroom
A toy chest is where a nursery's best memories live, from stuffed animals to building blocks, and the teddy bear is always the first one out. This piece captures that cozy moment in porcelain, a natural way to mark a new arrival or a first Christmas. Each box is painted by hand, so the bear and chest vary slightly from one to the next.
Under the Tree and in the Nursery
Give it at a baby shower, as a christening memento, or tucked under the tree for a baby's first Christmas. Grandparents often choose it for their own shelf as a reminder of a new grandbaby. Set it on a nursery dresser, a bookshelf or among holiday decorations each December.
