Rochard Cigar Box with Five Cigars Limoges Box

A cigar box holding five cigars, set off with gold accents, brings a gentleman's study straight to the shelf. This Rochard piece is a hand-painted porcelain Limoges box from Limoges, France, and the little cigars can be lifted out.

The Smoking Room

Cigars have long marked the big moments: a new baby, a closed deal, a championship win. This box captures that tradition with a neatly packed row of five, finished in gold. It speaks to the pleasure of an unhurried evening and good conversation.

Rochard at the Humidor

• A Rochard design, hand-painted in Limoges, France
• Five removable porcelain cigars with gold accents
• Fits men's, spirits, Father's Day and celebration themes

Moments Worth a Cigar

Give it for Father's Day, a retirement, a new dad, a promotion or a fortieth birthday. It suits a cigar aficionado, a whiskey collector or the host who keeps a well-stocked den. Set it on a desk in the study, beside a decanter on the bar or on a bookshelf with leather-bound volumes.

Craft Behind the Box

Many Limoges boxes are hand-painted after the white porcelain is fired, and their metal mounts are set by hand. A piece with separate little cigars like this one shows how much handwork goes into a single box.
