Rochard Cigar Case Limoges Box with Loose Cigars
The cigar case is open and the cigars are ready, as if the evening has just moved to the library for a quiet smoke. This one comes from Rochard, sculpted and painted by hand as a porcelain Limoges box in Limoges, France.
After Dinner Ritual
The case forms the box, and the cigars are separate porcelain pieces that lift out. Cigars have long marked celebrations, from a new baby to a closed deal, and this piece catches that sense of occasion. It sits comfortably in Rochard's spirits and gentlemen's line, beside cognac glasses and whiskey decanters.
The Smoking Room Shelf
Set it on a study desk, a bar cart, a bookcase in the den or a humidor cabinet shelf. It is entirely decorative, and no cigar ever needs to be lit to enjoy it.
