Rochard Jack O Lantern Halloween Pumpkin Limoges Box

A grinning jack o lantern glows with Halloween mischief, and a bat has come along to keep it company. Rochard made this pumpkin as a porcelain Limoges box, painted by hand in Limoges, France.

Carved for All Hallows

Carving pumpkins is one of the oldest Halloween traditions, and this Rochard design gives the classic face a permanent home. The pumpkin and the little bat are painted by hand, so the finished piece has the warm glow of a porch light on October 31.

Bats in the Pumpkin Patch

• Pairs with witch hat, black cat and haunted house subjects
• Anchors a Halloween, autumn or harvest collection

Haunting the Mantel

Set it on the mantel among real gourds and candles, on a front hall table where trick or treaters pass by, or on a dinner table set for a costume party. It is a fun hostess thank you for a Halloween bash, a birthday surprise for someone born in October, or a treat for a friend who decorates the house weeks before anyone else on the street. When November arrives, it can stay out with the rest of the harvest pieces through Thanksgiving.
