Boxer Dog on Grass Limoges Box with Ball by Rochard

Sitting on a patch of green grass, a boxer waits for someone to throw the ball, and the ball comes right along with the box as a removable piece. This Rochard figurine box is hand-painted porcelain made in Limoges, France.

Ready for Fetch

Boxers are known for their bouncy energy and clownish sense of fun, so a ball is the natural companion for this one. Place it at the dog's paws or beside the box on display. The grassy base sets the scene in a backyard, and the dog forms the box itself.

Backyard Buddies

Anyone who has lived with a boxer will recognize the breed at once, and that makes this a heartfelt present for a boxer owner, a breeder, or a family welcoming a new puppy. It is also a gentle way to remember a beloved dog who has passed. On an office desk, a bookcase or a kitchen shelf near the treat jar, it keeps a little of that boxer spirit in view.
