Rochard Ruby King Charles Spaniel Dog Limoges Box

A ruby King Charles Spaniel, the rich chestnut colored variety of this gentle toy breed, is modeled as a sweet porcelain portrait. The spaniel is a Rochard Limoges box, its coat colored by hand in Limoges, France.

A Royal Lap Dog

King Charles Spaniels take their name from the English kings who adored them, and Charles II was rarely seen without his dogs at his heels. The ruby coloring is one of the breed's four recognized colors and a favorite among owners. Rochard brushes each coat by hand, so every spaniel has its own expression.

Curled Up on the Shelf

Set it on a nightstand, a reading table, or a curio cabinet beside framed photos of a favorite pup. It makes a heartfelt present for a new spaniel owner, a breeder after a successful show, or a groomer who knows every dog by name. It is also a comforting remembrance for someone saying goodbye to a beloved companion, a small reminder of years of loyal company.
