Standing Black Lab Rochard Limoges Box

Four paws planted and ready for the next adventure, this black Labrador stands square in the way every Lab owner knows by heart. Rochard made the Limoges box in porcelain, painted by hand in Limoges, France.

Loyal From Nose to Tail

The Labrador retriever has long topped lists of the most popular breeds in America, and the black coat is the classic. Labs are famous for their patience, their love of water and their endless appetite for a game of fetch. This Rochard piece shows the dog standing at attention, as if waiting for someone to pick up the leash.

Waiting by the Door

• A Rochard design, hand-painted in Limoges, France
• A standing black Lab for a dog breed collection
• Fits with retriever, sporting dog and hunting pieces

A Spot by the Leash Hook

Put it on a desk beside a framed photo of your own Lab, or on a mudroom shelf near the boots and the dog bowls. The dark coat stands out nicely among lighter pieces in a curio cabinet. Many people choose it in memory of a family dog who has passed, while others give it to welcome a new puppy home. It is also a thoughtful thank-you for a vet, a trainer or a dog sitter who has become part of the family.
