Rochard Yellow Lab Limoges Box, Standing Blond Labrador

A blond Labrador stands square and steady, tail ready to wag at the first sign of a walk. Rochard modeled the dog as a Limoges figurine box, and the coat was hand-painted in Limoges, France.

America's Favorite Retriever

For decades the Labrador has ranked among the most popular dog breeds in the United States, loved for its gentle temper, loyalty and endless enthusiasm. The yellow coat, often called blond, is a classic. Rochard paints the coat by hand to capture its warm, golden tone.

Good Dog, Always

Set it on a mantel, a bookshelf by the back door, or a desk beside a framed photo of the family Lab. It is a natural present for a new puppy owner, a duck hunter whose Lab never misses a retrieve, a service dog trainer, or a gentle remembrance for a loyal companion. Lab owners often say there is no better dog, and this piece agrees.
