Piglet Sitting in a Bucket Porcelain Limoges Box
A little piglet has squeezed itself snugly into a bucket, looking perfectly pleased with its choice of seat. This farmyard moment was formed in porcelain and painted by hand as a Limoges box in Limoges, France.
This Little Piggy Stayed Home
Pigs have a loyal following among Limoges collectors, and new poses are always welcome. Tucking this one into a pail adds a sense of mischief, as if it climbed in while the farmer was busy elsewhere.

A Country Kitchen Favorite
It looks right at home on a kitchen windowsill, a farmhouse hutch or an open shelf beside the canisters. Pigs are seen as a sign of plenty in many cultures, so this piglet makes a cheerful housewarming present or a birthday surprise for someone born in the Year of the Pig.
Pig fans tend to collect them by the dozen, and a bucket pose is one of the more playful additions to a growing herd.
