Standing Horse Figure Hand-Painted Limoges Box

A horse stands proud and steady on this porcelain box, the classic pose of a show horse waiting for the judge. Hand-painted in Limoges, France, this Limoges box honors the bond between riders and their horses.

Ready for the Show Ring

A standing horse is one of the oldest subjects in art, admired for its balance and strength. This piece keeps that tradition alive in porcelain, small enough for a desk yet full of character.

From the Barn to the Bookshelf

• Hand-painted porcelain from Limoges, France
• Fits a horse, equestrian or ranch collection
• Pairs with saddle, horseshoe and riding boot boxes

A Winner's Circle Present

It makes a fine present for a horse show winner, a thank-you to a riding instructor or a breeder, or a birthday surprise for a lifelong rider. Derby party hosts may want it on the table in May too.

Painted in the Porcelain Capital

Porcelain has been made in Limoges since the late 1700s, after kaolin was found near Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche in 1768. Riders who value tradition will appreciate that long history.
