Mini Pig Farm Animal Porcelain Limoges Box

A little pig, ready to trot into a country kitchen, is the whole subject of this porcelain piece. The box was painted by hand in Limoges, France, and its small scale makes it an easy addition to any shelf.

This Little Piggy Stayed Home

Pigs have long stood for good luck and plenty in European folk tradition, which is why they turn up on so many farmhouse shelves and New Year's tables. This small version carries that cheerful meaning in a size that fits anywhere. Each pig is painted by hand, so the finish varies a little from one to the next.
