Pink Pig Rochard Limoges Box

Round, rosy and full of cheer, this pink pig has a way of making people grin the moment they see it. Rochard modeled the whole Limoges box in the pig's shape and painted it by hand in Limoges, France.

Pigs have a devoted following among collectors, from farmhouse kitchen fans to people who simply find them lucky. Rochard leans into that charm with a classic pink pig. Every detail is painted by hand, so each finished pig has its own expression and small variations in color.

A Little Luck for the Kitchen

In parts of Europe a pig is a symbol of good fortune and plenty, which makes this piece a fun New Year's present or housewarming token. It also suits a farmer, a 4-H leader, a barbecue champion, or anyone who keeps a pig collection going. Set it on a kitchen windowsill, a farmhouse hutch or an open shelf beside the spice jars. Pig fans tend to light up when they spot a new one, and this rosy little fellow is sure to earn a front row spot.
