Turquoise Embossed Egg with Pink Blossom and Butterfly Limoges Box
A bright turquoise egg carries a raised pink blossom on its surface, joined by a butterfly and a tiny ladybug. This hand-painted Limoges box was made in Limoges, France, where the embossed flower adds texture you can feel as well as see.
Spring Hatches in Turquoise
Eggs have always stood for new beginnings, and the garden visitors on this one make the message even sweeter. The turquoise ground is cool and fresh, letting the pink bloom stand out like the first flower of the season.

A Nest on the Vanity
Set it in a small dish on a vanity, among spring decorations on a sideboard, or in a curio cabinet with other eggs. It makes a pretty present for Easter, Mother's Day, a spring birthday or a new arrival in the family.
Egg collectors often look for raised or embossed details, and the blossom on this one gives the shape real depth. The ladybug, a classic good luck symbol, adds one more reason to give it to someone starting a new chapter.
