Round Belly Limoges Box with Blue Flowers

Blue flowers bloom around the full, rounded belly of this porcelain box, a soft curve that sets it apart from flat traditional pieces. It was hand-painted in Limoges, France, as a round Limoges box with a gentle, generous shape.

Curves and Blue Petals

A belly shape swells outward like an old apothecary jar or a ginger pot, giving the painted flowers a rounded surface to wrap around. Blue blossoms keep the look fresh and calm.
