Light Green Oval Limoges Box with Painted Flowers

Painted flowers spread across a pale green oval on this porcelain box, as fresh as new leaves in early spring. It is a hand-painted Limoges box from Limoges, France, with a light, garden-fresh palette.

Spring Green and Blossom

Light green is a gentle, restful color, and it gives the flowers a natural setting, like blooms in a meadow. The oval shape lends a graceful line that suits both traditional and modern rooms. It is the sort of piece that seems to bring a window's worth of daylight with it.

Garden Room Pairings

Set it among other green and floral pieces, or let it brighten a shelf full of white porcelain. It pairs naturally with the white rectangle box painted with green leaves and with the scalloped hibiscus box for a garden-themed grouping.
