Red Fox Woodland Box by Rochard Limoges

Quick, clever and a little sly, the fox has slipped out of the woodland and onto the shelf. Rochard has captured this forest favorite as a hand-painted porcelain Limoges box, made in Limoges, France.

Sly as a Fox

The fox is sculpted in porcelain and painted by hand, a woodland creature caught in a calm moment. Foxes turn up in fables and folk tales across Europe, often as the smartest animal in the story. Rochard's critter line is full of small woodland friends, and the fox is a natural leader among them.

Cabin and Hearth

Place it on a cabin mantel, a rustic shelf with pinecones and candles, or a desk in a home office that looks out over trees. It makes a fitting present for a hunter, a hiker, a wildlife photographer, or anyone whose spirit animal happens to be the fox. Through fall and winter it blends beautifully into seasonal woodland displays.
