Rochard Little Hedgehog Porcelain Limoges Box
A little hedgehog, all prickles and button nose, trundles out of the hedgerow and onto your shelf. This woodland critter is a Rochard Limoges box, painted by hand in Limoges, France.
Prickles and Charm
Hedgehogs are beloved garden visitors in Europe, snuffling through leaves at dusk in search of beetles. The hedgehog itself forms the box, and its spiny coat is painted by hand, so each one has its own small personality.

A Burrow on the Bookshelf
Tuck it into a bookshelf, set it on a nightstand or let it peek from behind potted plants on a windowsill. It makes a sweet present for a hedgehog fan, a wildlife rehabber, an English garden enthusiast, or anyone who could use a reminder to curl up and rest.
Rochard is known for small animal subjects full of personality, and the hedgehog is one of the most charming of them. Its rounded form makes it an easy fit among other woodland pieces.
