Open Flower Bud Porcelain Figurine Limoges Box

A flower bud with its petals parted forms this porcelain figurine box, suggesting the very first day of bloom in a spring garden. It is a hand-painted porcelain Limoges box made in Limoges, France, a natural, gentle piece for any flower lover's shelf.

Opening Day in the Garden

Every gardener waits for the morning when the first buds finally open. This piece holds that moment of anticipation in porcelain. Its parted petals give it a sense of movement, as though the flower is still unfolding while you watch.

Buds and Blossoms

• Porcelain made and decorated in Limoges
• Fits a flower, garden or springtime collection
• Pairs with the opening rose bud box for a small floral grouping

A Windowsill Bloom

Set it next to a bud vase on a windowsill, on a bedside table or on a desk that needs a touch of spring. It makes a gentle get well wish, a thinking of you gesture or a congratulations for someone starting a new chapter. Gardeners who start seeds indoors every February will appreciate a bud that is already in bloom.
