Black Fountain Pen Porcelain Limoges Box

A black fountain pen, sleek and businesslike, lies at the ready for an important signature. This writer's tribute is a hand-painted porcelain Limoges box from Limoges, France, made for display rather than for ink.

The Executive Pen

Black is the color of the classic boardroom fountain pen, the one pulled from a jacket pocket to sign the deal. This porcelain version takes that understated look and turns it into a desk piece that never runs dry.
