Rochard Shotgun Shell Limoges Box with Hunting License

A shotgun shell paired with a hunting license tells the story of opening morning in the field. Rochard turned the pair into a Limoges box, painted by hand in Limoges, France.

Opening Day Ready

Every hunter knows the routine: license checked, shells counted, boots by the door before dawn. Rochard picked two of the most familiar items from that ritual and made them into porcelain. The license gives the piece a personal, almost official touch, and the painting is entirely handwork.

Trophies of a Different Kind

It belongs in a den, a hunting cabin, or on a desk beside a framed photo from a memorable season. Give it to someone after a first hunt, to a father or grandfather who taught the family to shoot, or to a member of a sporting clays club. It also suits a retirement party for an avid hunter who finally has time for more days afield.
