Rochard Rabbit Holding a Carrot Limoges Box
A rabbit holds a carrot close, as if he just pulled it from the garden and couldn't wait for a bite. Rochard made this porcelain Limoges box in Limoges, France, finishing it with hand-painted color.
Fresh From the Carrot Patch
Few pairings are as natural as a rabbit and a carrot, a combination that brings to mind spring gardens, storybook bunnies and the first warm days of the year. This one looks pleased with his find.

Baskets, Brunch and Blossoms
Bring him out for Easter morning, perch him in a spring centerpiece of tulips and daffodils, or give him to a friend who keeps pet rabbits. He also makes a sweet thank you for the neighbor who shares vegetables from the garden.
Once the holiday passes, he looks just as cheerful on a kitchen windowsill, a gardener's potting bench shelf or a bedside table. Rabbit collectors often keep a whole warren of bunnies, and this one fits right in with the rest.
