Ice Cream Sundae Bowl Porcelain Limoges Box

A bowl of ice cream sundae, piled with scoops and toppings, looks ready to eat before it melts. This sweet treat is a hand-painted porcelain Limoges box, made in Limoges, France.

The Scoop on This Sundae

Ice cream sundaes have been a soda fountain favorite for well over a century, and they still mean summer, birthdays and small celebrations. This porcelain version keeps the scoops perfectly in place, with the toppings painted by hand.

Soda Fountain Shelf

• Hand-painted porcelain from Limoges, France
• Fits a dessert, ice cream parlor or kitchen grouping
• Pairs with cherry pie, birthday cake and hamburger pieces

For the Sweet Tooth

It makes a fun present for an ice cream shop owner, a pastry chef, a dentist with a sense of humor, or anyone who always orders dessert first. It also works as a summer birthday surprise or a thank-you for the friend who hosts the yearly ice cream social.

Parlor Style Display

Place it on a kitchen shelf, in a retro diner corner or on a dessert buffet at a party. It also looks right next to vintage sundae glasses and old soda fountain signs.
