Rochard Mini Yellow Rosebud Limoges Box

A single yellow rosebud, still curled tight before it opens, is captured in miniature on this small Rochard box. It is porcelain, hand-painted in Limoges, France.

A Bud About to Open

There is a special appeal to a rose just before it blooms, full of promise and color. In the language of flowers, yellow roses stand for friendship and joy, which makes this little bud a cheerful message without a single word. The mini size makes it easy to tuck among other pieces on a crowded shelf.

Friendship in Yellow

• A Rochard design, hand-painted in Limoges, France
• A mini yellow rosebud, small enough for any shelf
• Pairs with tulip, daisy and flowerpot subjects

Sunshine on the Sill

Give it to a best friend on a birthday, to a coworker who is moving on to a new job, or to a neighbor who checks in when you are away. It brightens a kitchen windowsill, a vanity, or a bookcase in a room that needs a spot of color. Rose growers and garden club members will appreciate it, and it is a gentle way to say thank you to a friend who has been there through a hard time. Group several mini flowers together and they make a small porcelain garden of their own.
