Skiing Snowman Porcelain Limoges Box

This snowman has traded his spot in the front yard for the ski slopes, gliding along on a pair of skis. The porcelain figurine box was made in Limoges, France, and it brings a grin to any winter shelf.

First Tracks on the Mountain

Snowmen usually stand still and wait for spring, so one out on skis is a fun twist on the classic. It captures the thrill of fresh powder and a crisp morning on the mountain. Skiers will recognize the joy of that first run of the day.

Apres Ski Pairings

• Fits a ski, winter sports or snowman collection
• Pairs with sled, skate and mitten pieces
• A natural centerpiece for a ski lodge mantel

From the Lodge to the Living Room

It makes a cheerful gift for a ski instructor, a ski patrol member, or a family heading to Vermont, Colorado, or the Alps for the holidays. It also suits a ski club party or a winter birthday. Set it on a cabin mantel, a lodge bookshelf, or a holiday sideboard where it can stay from the first snowfall through the end of ski season. Snowman collectors will enjoy adding an athletic member to the family.
