Floral Teapot Coffee Pot Porcelain Limoges Box
Painted flowers wind around a miniature pot that could just as happily serve tea or coffee. This hand-painted porcelain Limoges box, made in Limoges, France, looks as if it came straight from a garden party table.
Blooms Around the Spout
Floral decoration has a long history on French porcelain, and this little pot carries that tradition forward. Each flower and leaf is laid down with a brush, so the blossoms vary a little from one pot to the next. The classic shape lets the painting take center stage.

A Garden Club Thank You
This is a gracious choice for the friend who hosts tea parties, a garden club president, or a mother who keeps fresh flowers on the table. Set it on a tea tray between cups, in a china cabinet or on a kitchen windowsill where the painted flowers can echo the real ones outside. It brings a springtime feeling to any room, even in the middle of winter.
Small porcelain boxes became fashionable in 18th-century France, when they held snuff, pills and beauty patches.
