Pink Teacup and Saucer Limoges Box
A pink teacup resting on its plate forms this porcelain box, set out as if waiting for afternoon tea. Hand-painted in Limoges, France, it is a Limoges box that captures a gracious ritual in a size that fits in the palm.
Tea for One, Pinky Raised
Few things say slow down like a proper cup of tea. The soft pink cup and its plate bring back garden parties, grandmother's good china and the gentle clink of a spoon against porcelain, all in a piece that will never need washing.
Who Pours the Tea
- Hand-painted porcelain from Limoges, France
- Fits teacup, tea party and kitchen groupings
- Pairs with teapot, cake and sugar bowl shapes
Occasions Worth Toasting
It makes a sweet thank-you for a hostess who served a memorable tea, a bridal shower favor for the bride herself, or a Mother's Day present for someone who keeps the kettle warm. Tea room owners and members of a tea society will appreciate it too.
Fit for the China Cabinet
Set it beside a real tea service in a china cabinet, where it looks like the smallest member of the set. It also suits a kitchen windowsill or the tray where the morning tea things are kept.
