Teddy Bear on a Blue Chair Limoges Box
A little teddy bear has settled into a blue chair, and it lifts out so it can be set beside the chair or tucked back in. This nursery favorite is a porcelain Limoges box, painted by hand in Limoges, France.
A Bear Takes a Seat
Teddy bears have been the first friend of newborns for more than a century, and a small blue chair makes the perfect perch. The chair forms the box, and the separate porcelain bear is the charming extra, so the scene can change each time it is arranged.
The Nursery Shelf
- Hand-painted porcelain from Limoges, France
- Fits a new baby, teddy bear or furniture collection
- Pairs with baby pram, baby bottle and stork boxes
Welcoming a Little One
Give it at a baby shower, a christening or a first birthday, or send it to new grandparents for their own shelf. It also makes a sweet present for a teddy bear collector or a friend who still keeps a well-loved bear from long ago.
Removable pieces add play to a porcelain box, and the bear is the star of this one. Keep it with its chair so the two stay together on the nursery dresser for years to come.
