Noah's Ark Boat and Animals Hand-Painted Limoges Box
Noah's Ark rides the waters with its animals gathered aboard, two by two, in this lively hand-painted scene. The porcelain box was made in Limoges, France, and it tells one of the best-loved stories of faith and promise.
Two by Two
The story of Noah and the ark has been told for thousands of years, a tale of trust, survival and the rainbow that followed the storm. The animals and the boat are painted entirely by hand, so the colors and expressions vary from one ark to the next.

For Blessings Big and Small
This is a meaningful choice for a christening, a baptism, a dedication or a First Communion. It also suits a Sunday school teacher, a pastor celebrating an anniversary, or a family welcoming twins, since the ark's pairs make a sweet connection.
Place it on a nursery shelf, a bookcase in a church library, or a curio cabinet beside other faith pieces. Animal fans enjoy it as well, since it gathers so many creatures into one small scene. Many families see the ark as a symbol of hope after hard times, which makes it a gentle present for someone starting over after a storm in their own life.
