Noah's Ark Porcelain Limoges Box with Animals
Noah's great boat, with its passengers gathered two by two, comes to life on this hand-painted porcelain Limoges box. It was made in Limoges, France, and it tells one of the best-loved stories shared by Christian and Jewish tradition.
Two by Two Aboard
The flood story is about trust, rescue and a fresh start, which is why the ark appears so often in nurseries, chapels and family Bibles. Here the boat and its animals carry that hopeful message in a form small enough to hold in one hand.

After the Rain, a Rainbow
The ark is a natural choice for a christening, a baptism, a baby naming or a first communion, and it is just as welcome for a new pastor or a retiring Sunday school teacher. Display it on a nursery bookshelf, in a church office or among family photos in a living room cabinet. Some collectors build a whole parade of animal boxes around it, starting with elephants and giraffes and adding pairs over the years until the shelf looks ready for the rain to begin.
