Teddy Bear in Car Hand-Painted Limoges Box

Behind the wheel and ready for a Sunday drive, this teddy bear has found its way into a vintage style car. It is a hand-painted porcelain Limoges box, crafted in Limoges, France, from a design since retired.

Road Trip, Teddy Style

There is something irresistible about a teddy bear at the wheel, as if it had borrowed the keys for a spin around the block. The car gives this piece a sense of adventure, and the teddy gives it warmth.

Garage Notes

• A retired design from the Limoges teddy and vehicle line
• Fits a teddy bear, classic car or travel collection
• Pairs with suitcase, scooter and train pieces

Parked on the Shelf

Park it on a desk in a home office, a bookshelf next to car books, or in a cabinet with other teddy bears. It makes a cheerful present for a new driver, a classic car enthusiast, a teddy bear collector, or someone heading off on a big road trip.

Few pieces mix two collecting passions as neatly as this one does, which is why car fans and teddy fans both tend to ask about it.
